Useless. Spent 15 minutes looking for something the website said they had 2 of in stock. Staff member said they were discontinued, then said they had probably been stolen! Referred to me as 'Chap' despite me being over 20 years his senior. Lots of products didn't have prices in the garden tools section, so impossible to choose anything. Left and bought from B & Q instead. Save yourself a journey and don't bother with this shambles of a store.

Great products but a lot of prices not showing and with limited staff numbers it can take longer to shop than necessary. Excellent service at the till.
